Psalm 146

Praise the Lord
Praise the Lord, O my soul!
While I have life I'll praise the Lord!

I will sing
Praises to my God!
I'll praise Him while I have my being!

Don't put your trust in mortal man
In whom there is no salvation.
His spirit leaves, his thoughts pass away.

How blest is he whose help is from God,
Whose hope is in the Lord,
The Lord who made the heavens and earth,
Who keeps the truth forever and ever!

Praise the Lord
Praise the Lord, O my soul!
While I have life I'll praise the Lord!

The Lord brings justice to the oppressed
And gives food to the hungry.
The Lord sets all us prisoners free!

The Lord opens the eyes of the blind,
The Lord loves the righteous.
But wicked men He'll turn upside down,
The Lord will reign forever and ever!
